• Roasting Apprentice: As a roasting apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn the art and science of coffee roasting from our experienced team of roasters. You will assist with all aspects of the roasting process, including sourcing, blending, and roasting coffee beans to perfection. This is a hands-on, entry-level position that is perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee and eager to learn more about the industry.

• Customer Service Representative: As a customer service representative, you will be the face of Old Western Coffee Company, providing our customers with exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
